Ms. DiFranza has designed this site to be used by clients, other family law attorneys, and her colleagues whose practice also emphasizes the disposition of employee benefit and other deferred compensation plans on divorce.

     Ms. DiFranza has been in practice since 1975. In 1978, she met Donald W. Parkyn at a continuing education seminar in Sacramento and started the beginning of a collaboration which resulted in numerous articles and seminars as well as cases handled.      Ms. DiFranza has taught numerous divorce/pension seminars and given presentations to family lawyers, pension professionals and judges. She’s been successful as trial or appellate counsel in cases vindicating her positions in some major appeals and been appointed by several courts to function as an expert in the divorce/pension area.
